Flower Fantasy

I’m honestly speechless—in the best way possible. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was absolutely stunning, even more beautiful than I imagined, and you could tell real care went into every detail. Delivery was seamless and right on time, which made the moment even more special. It’s rare to come across a business that delivers exactly what they promise (and then some), but this shop truly did. I couldn’t be more satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something thoughtful, beautiful, and done right.

Ordered a bouquet of yellow tulips. Called at 5:30 pm, order was still not delivered. Was told they are open until 9 pm and deliver late. I asked the owner if she could text/call me once the delivery was made and she said she would. No word from her, so called at 8:30 pm and no one answered. Followed up the next morning and was told that the arrangement was delivered. The first picture is what was delivered and the second photo is showing what it was supposed to look like. Additionally, this was delivered to the wrong home because my recipient never got it. Not sure if it's a blessing in disguise since the arrangement is so ugly. What a waste of $100. Will definitely be disputing this with Amex. Highly recommend staying away from this place and the crazy lady that answers the phone and avoids answering your questions.

Ordered Valentine's Day flowers from Flower Fantasy for my loved one. Just got home after being away for the weekend only to find they sent $100 of sad looking flowers that look nothing like what I thought I was ordering. So disappointing. I'm sharing a photo of what I ordered vs. what my loved one received. RUN don't walk away from ordering at this place. Just awful! I'd give it a 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Nothing like the advertisement. The flowers were just “dumped” into the cup, not even pushed into the floral foam. One part that was inside the arrangement was missing the flower head. Advertised several roses we got 2 1/2 tiny ones. Several flowers replaced and filled in by ribbon. Instead of glass vases we got cheap plastic cups. The notes barely readable. The flowers were nothing like the pictures and also delivered two days to early. What a waste of $100+
